This unique programme offers an opportunity to immerse yourself in the rich culture, traditions, language, and way of life of the Māori people of Aotearoa, New Zealand.

Through authentic cultural experiences, marae stays, storytelling, workshops, and shared learning, participants will deepen their understanding of Indigenous identity, values, and worldviews. Together, we will explore the common threads that unite Indigenous peoples while celebrating the uniqueness of our individual cultures.

Travelling through some of the most culturally significant regions of New Zealand's North Island, you will experience the warmth of Māori hospitality, learn from respected cultural leaders, and create lifelong friendships and memories.

Week 1 – Welcome to Aotearoa | Auckland

Your journey begins with a traditional Māori welcome and blessing ceremony, setting the foundation for the weeks ahead.
